Following the changes that we have made to the systems and processes here at the practice this year, Healthwatch Rutland and the Patient Participation Group (PPG) are working together to independently understand recent experiences of our patients.

They will be visiting the practice and talking to patients on various dates in August and September and are inviting all patients to share their views in a short survey.
