We offer a trained chaperone to be present during examination. Please ask your GP or a nurse if you wish to use this service.

If you are already registered you can visit our online services. If you are not already registered you will need to sign up using our online form.

Duty Doctor

At Oakham Medical Practice we aim for the Duty Doctor to see you within 5 hours for urgent matters. Medical emergencies will be dealt with immediately.

The practice offers a range of appointments, including a limited number of pre-booked consultations and pre-booked call backs, as well as the ability to speak to your GP prior to committing to a visit to the practice – many issues can be dealt with in this way thereby saving time and inconvenience to you.

Emergency GP Telephone Line – This dedicated line has been set up to allow patients that have an urgent need to be prioritised above everyone else, so we ask you to use them appropriately.
